Real Estate Video-Case Study

The goal for Suzanne & Company’s campaign was to create a brand new way to capture the personality and presentation of their real estate company, keep the target audience in mind, keep things on message, fun, and informative. The package consisted of 50 videos: a personal video for each team member, a series of department videos, a slew of education real estate tip videos, a group of client testimonial videos, a year’s worth of holiday messages, and a company overview in the form of an Ocean’s 11 movie trailer. The trailer was storyboarded ahead of time, and was shot over the span of 3 days. Shoots ranged anywhere from a 3-person to 9-person crew (including makeup), 2 cameras shooting different scenes simultaneously, and 9 staff interviews were scheduled around the creative content. The shoot spanned 5 locations, three of which were houses drones flew over (legally with a licensed operator of course!).

Real Estate Social Media Video Campaign

ROI: After concluding all video (minus the tips), the videos were shown in a world premiere gala unveiling at the Regent Theatre in Arlington to a crowd of 125+ people. Between the drinks and hors d’oeuvres, the red carpet photography, and the awards we handed out to the S&C team, it was a terrific night for everyone. Based on the feedback we heard and read on social media the day after, those who came in wondering “what the heck is this all about,” left feeling like they had been part of something unique, special, and fun. What better way to kick off a solid video marketing campaign than with a huge buzz and spotlight?!
